Allen Onyema Meets President Tinubu, Hails Policy Reforms Aimed at Business Stabilisation

Date:

The Chairman and CEO of Air Peace, Allen Onyema, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for implementing policy reforms to stabilize business operations across Nigeria.

Onyema, who met with President Tinubu at the State House in Abuja on Thursday, December 12th, lauded the President’s efforts to ease business operations, particularly within the aviation industry.

He noted that recent reforms introduced by the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, under Tinubu’s administration, are already paving the way for stability in the sector.

While acknowledging the current economic challenges, Onyema expressed optimism that Tinubu’s policies would yield positive results in the long run.

He urged Nigerians to support the government’s initiatives and prioritize indigenous investments to strengthen the nation’s economy.

“The President is a businessman, and he’s trying to stabilise businesses with his policies, but many people don’t realise this. Some of us in business understand what the President is trying to achieve. This is the real restructuring of the country,” Onyema stated.

He further explained that restructuring, as being implemented by Tinubu, is not about dividing the country along regional lines but about transforming systems and practices to ensure long-term economic growth and improved results for Nigeria.

Onyema’s remarks come at a time when the administration’s economic strategies are under public scrutiny. His endorsement adds to the growing voices supporting the government’s reforms aimed at addressing structural challenges and fostering an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.
