Air Peace has unveiled a major expansion of its domestic flight operations, increasing frequencies on some of Nigeria’s busiest routes to accommodate growing passenger demand during the Summer 2026 travel season.
Effective June 22, the airline introduced additional services across key destinations, offering travellers more flight options, increased seat availability and improved connectivity between major cities.
The expanded schedule includes up to seven daily flights between Lagos and Abuja, four daily services to Owerri and three to Asaba. Additional frequencies have also been added on routes connecting Lagos with Benin, Warri and Enugu, as well as Abuja with Owerri and Asaba.
Air Peace said the new schedule is designed to give passengers greater flexibility and more convenient departure times while enhancing travel experiences across its domestic network.
The airline noted that the additional flights will be operated using its modern fleet, helping to improve operational efficiency and provide increased capacity during the peak travel season.
Management of the airline said the decision was driven by rising travel demand and the need to better connect people, businesses and communities across the country.
According to the airline, the expanded operations will contribute to stronger regional connectivity, facilitate trade and tourism, and support economic growth by improving access between key commercial hubs and regional destinations.
The latest schedule enhancement underscores Air Peace’s continuing investment in domestic aviation and its ambition to provide reliable, affordable and accessible air travel for Nigerians.
